whatcha think about Chinese New Year, beside fireworks and Angpow?

yea, you are right. worship in Chinese temples usually consists of making offerings to the various gods, spirits and ancestors. frankly, my family and i aren't those devout one to pray or what in temples every year, but we just obsesses with immerse in those festival atmosphere. my family and i didn't followed those taboos since i'm 8 year-old. we used to celebrate those festival in a modern way, but fortunately, my parents didn't abandoned the tradition of angpow.

we visited the thean hou temple which nearby midvalley. i have to continue my work after those pray and burned joss stick thingie. there were awesome, i mean those building structure. obviously, there was crowded and HOT! *hello, i got sun-burned on my face lerh!* hmmph, we all went to prayed and asked (qiu qian) for our future. i asked about the prediction of my lucks and studies.

according the guideline of my future, it showed that:

financial pursuit : Far from satisfaction
honour and merits: Too early to see concrete results
matrimony: Look elsewhere for hopeful prospects.
litigation: will drag on for considerable time.

i wish this isn't dream, and i hope the blessedness will stay forever.
